I understand what you're saying, I'm going to sleep now, and hope to come back to it tomorrow. In short it's something close to this: to me it sounds like when everything is as low and dark as this, just let it loose, let it all happen, let it come down over you, let it be and you know, we'll see after this.
I'm no native speaker and I'm reluctant to dive into the lyrics and translations too deep, because in general I'm happy with the feeling and idea the song gives me. But in the case of Let it Loose I really think I understand, and it's just an interpretation, one's own way to relate dark to chance, and comfort to the feeling that nothing is left: this is it, just... let it loose, let it come down, get it over with and... ... look up again. (that to me is the answer this song provides.)
