Jools Holland's "Later" (BBC2 Fridays 11.35 p.m.) is a great show (some clips can usually be watched via the BBC website).

So who's got tickets for Band of Horses?!

Don't they normally record the programme two weeks in advance of its airing?

Ah - that could be. But it seems that tomorrow is the final show in the current series. Other than Jack Penate, the website for Later still hasn't got any listings for tomorrow yet. So could it be that they were recording the other day for the Hootenanny party show??!! That would be great. I can well imagine Ronnie would go for that.

OK - I'll edit the title once tomorrow's line-up is known and he's not on it. But it seems more likely to be Hootenanny.

I'm with you on the book - it's a great read!!

The article just says that Ronnie was in the audience, doesn't say that he was there recording.

I think I've bust a button on my trousers....

Yes, that's true. Unless he gets to join in with someone on the bill, I wouldn't expect much more than just one of those wacky chats Jools usually has with the stars invited to be in the audience.
