A couple of guys here probably mix up "fertility" with "libido" or "sexual performance". Unless you're struggeling to get your 17 year old au pairs pregnant. If the latter is true - I hope you are blessed with extremely tolerant and forgiving wives. However - knocking up your au pairs could put your marriages in danger. I might even have heard of that happening earlier.
