there were some Teague figures - one that talks, even.
the details of the costume seemed to be the main point -
they didn't really resemble Keith much at all.

Good Detective work with sssoul , you're right about the poor resemblence . Wonder if they took lines from the film for the voice ?

well, some of what it's saying are things that weren't in the film -
but i don't know where the voice bits are from, and i'm not sure i want to know, you know? :E

Not a clue . They could have edited together lines from the script to make phrases though if Keiths' voice remained at the same level at all times . I never saw the movie so I cannot speculate on this .

i have the 18" version that speaks, but I havent taken him out of the box so I dont know who he sounds like!?

Best Buy is selling both the 18 inch dolls that Oldkr has pictured, as well as a 7 inch doll that comes packaged in a gift box with the 2 DVD version fo the Pirates movie.

The movie didn't need to add the beard or change anything about Keith to make him a pirate.
