Not me, but a friend of mine might qualify, he's 6 foot 9 inches tall at about 375 lbs. maybe one of the biggest, but not the greatest

i used to think I was till I came here!

Pretty funny..win a trip to Nashville and get to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ?????????

Just noticed that it was for UK fans only....I have more UK Stones records than anyone I know...last time I counted, around 1,000-not counting CDs.

Greatest Stones fan? Depends on what your criteria is for measuring it. Most records? Most shows (theres people who travel worldwide and go to seemingly every show)? Blind adoration?

It's a distinction I'd never want to have. It's an enjoyable hobby but it's not the most important thing in my life and I'd hate to think it was.

Organizers seem a little untogether on the big prize. Perhaps they're referring to the quite wonderful Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville.

Makes perfect sense to send fans of that well known C&W combo, the Rolling Stones, there, doesnt it?

I once thought, but then I got to know this forum and was reliefed that I wasn't THAT crazy! That's what I keep on telling to my old lady - that there are worse people than me 'out there' - but she don't believe me!

Sorry, Gazza and Erik_Snow, I take you at your word that the band is not the most important thing in your life, of course...but...

You two guys are great examples of why I come here -- you both know a lot about this band, and you have developed interesting perspectives on things by virtue of your knowledge and experience.

Your posts, I'm afraid, say a lot more about what these guys mean to you than the meager protestations set forth above...

And, that's not even getting into the whole Rocks Off thing..

I have over 3,000 Stones records, every bootleg avaialable, and many that aren't, tons of posters, HUGE library of books and mags too. and have seen them in every major US city, and many overseas.

too bad just for the Brits...

If I have 3001 Stones records does that make me a bigger fan than stone-relic?
