OT: amy concert absoult desaster

nothing new: but i went to see her yesterday in zürich (switzerland).
she was just gone. it was terrible and sad. an absoulte disaster. she was even yawning all the time, drinking 4 or 5 longdrinks and scratching her nose.
but somehow it seemed that she even celebrates her decline - together with her stupid wannabe rockstar boyfriend. it's ridicolous, childish and rude!
such a waste of talent!

any of you have seen her in good shape?

Why you going? Don't go and piss your money away.... Go down to the HOTEL CALIFORNIA in central Zurich and have a few of those strong Brazilan drinks in the tropical Bar they have down there - money better spent...... (hope it's all still there, it's been a few years. Great place though...great hotel, great bar, great restaurant...)

There's a great song on the new Fogerty CD called "It Ain't Right" which is about the whole Spears/Lohan/Winehouse etc. spectacle. There's a line in the song "...such a waste of life." Your line "waste of talent" reminded me of that.

she was good in amsterdam...the papers told so,,,and i talked to a friend who went there....just accept that she is bad....not acting it but real bad..especially to herself....i really hope she stay alive.....but its so easy to bash her in public...really to easy (remember Brian Jones). so would you have bashed him to?? Or Keith (knebworth 76)...and it is not done to compare her with those fading away teeny girls....shame shame shame....very easy to shoot a rabbit on the run.

Munich was pretty good. She was pretty sober - up to her standards - at the beginning o the show but getting drunk towards the ends. All in all I think it was one of her better shows.

It ain't easy being a star these days when you suffer depression.

Errrr am I the only to think that drunk or sober she WILL disappoint 'cos she's basically talentless? She's one of the "black voice in a white body" singers the record companies love to discover every six months (remember Josh Stone?).

Me I stand by my Aretha Franklin CDs...

Such a waste of talent. It's just sad. She ought to get rid of some of those stupid people around her, and hire a health freak with muscles, like Mick's personal trainer. "Now lady! Don't you touch that stuff, or else..."

The worse concert ever witnessed was Elton John up in Raleigh. The year was inbetween 1984-1988. I left mid-way through that ugly event. My girlfriend at the time gave me shocking news. For the sake of reason, correct decisions were obliged.
