That's fine. Should show the same data - one basically is the address where they send the goods, the other is the address where they send the bill.

According to e-commerce law, the customer has every right to demand that the product be sold to them at the price that they originally saw (i.e. the price "agreed").

This happened about six years' ago with the giant electrical retailer, Comet, who mistakenly advertised a telvision set for £2.99 instead of £299. They had sold 10 before realising their mistake.

Crucially, they had to honour the original price.

I guess that is only true, if it is not clearly stated in the general terms that the price is not binding.

They won´t ship it for 2,99 that´s why its delayed now. And it will be delayed, then delayed again, delayed again. Until the last customer has cancelled his order. They just sell the normal CD, not the import CD - that´s how they correct their mistake.

Well if they're not sending the DVD/CD my way, I can promise you; that it will be the LAST TIME I order ANY item from Amazon which has an INCORRECT price tag!!
