Writing in UPPER CASE on IORR is not acceptable. It is like SHOUTING on the net. Writing in UPPER CASE in an IORR Subject post is like asking for the post to be deleted or merged into other threads not shouting.

When it's used SPARINGLY, like this, it's the same as using italics. I think MOST people realize that this is just a way of putting a little emphasis on certain words in order to make certain points clearer. It's NOT shouting.
