The new one from Blanche ... revisits old haunts once
occupied by the likes of Lee & Nancy....Jayhawks and Gram...

Slow drifty...spooky country style with a coupla mid tempo country rockers...
Gentle beauty of A Year From Now....The Talking Heads Psycho Killer thump of
What This Town Needs....The creepy old country, girl drowned in river theme of
the rockin' Gram style gem The World I Use To Be Afraid Of.....The intoxicating lead in
of The Worlds Largest Cruciufix....And last but not least the daybreak paced Child Of The Moon
floating on a bed of waltz like pedal steel and mandolin.......Jesus...Love and Death...damn fine effort...

Whoa, did I read "Pet Shop Boys" several posts above?

I love the Pet Shop Boys. Go ahead and jeer. I still love the Pet Shop Boys. And the collection DoughboyUK was listening to is solid.

The three-disc compilation Pop/Art/Mix brings the greatest hits up to date.

The PSB were scheduled to perform at the Hollywood Bowl at the end of this month, but the show was canceled last week. Grr.
