I guess sales-numbers aren't that high as you may believe when you see all these good chart-positions. Chart-positions depend on financal factors: those releases, which bring the most money, will be #1 etc.
Numer-1 chart-positions are just an unexact parameter in order to identify sales-numbers.

Either its a slow sales month for everyone else, or else those versions of 'Rough Justice' this summer must have gone down well!!
