prince and stones

hi where did prince played his concert? same place as the stones?
used the same stage??

Same venue, but different stage. Prince stage is in the round with a symbol <-+o shaped stage. Stones was a usual end of venue style stage.

I don't know if anyone has been following, but because of that stage "in the round", there is a huge uproar from Prince fans who bought "VIP tickets, within 10 rows of the stage" for 250 GBP, only to find themselves 10 rows behind the back of the stage, looking at a drummer's butt for 90 minutes. A total scam, and left a lot of loyal fans feeling utterly cheated. Even worse than those $450 B Block seats at the Stones US stadium gigs.

I'd be even more pissed off if I'd spent £250 on a VIP ticket and then found out that those same tickets were being sold at £31.21 the night before the show ....
