I've heard English fans are already preparing some big letters saying "Dankeschön" - that's a good start for us I would say.

Although I am german, I think our team was very lucky yesterday. Lots of and better chances for the english tour during second half exspecially. Thank God we germans can trust that England always has brilliant goalkeepers and penalty-shooters....Anyway, who cares, it was just an unimportant game this time...although always nice to win in Wembley wehre we have been cheated in 1966

Actually both England and Germany were "cheated", as you put it. The German equalizer came off Schnellinger's hand. The third England goal should indeed have been disallowed, but England scored a fourth time, remember? Therefore, all things being equal, say we disallow the 2nd German goal and the third England one, we beat you 3-1.
