Hey guys...I am heading to London. Bringing a camera inside the US shows has been pretty easy and security really did not appear to care if you took some shots during the show. Is it difficult to get a camera inside the London shows and will they put up with you snapping a few during the show?? Thanks - B Stage
I left my camera at the hotel on Saturday, when I went to Slane, but everyone inside seemed to have cameras! I know that they were VERY strict about the no camera rule in Twickenham 2003...
Perhaps some of you folks at tonights show can tell us how they were in the O2??

Last year at Twicks they were very relaxed. I went to both shows and I didn't take my camera the first night but asked the security guard and he said, "As long as it's not a professional camera, it's fine." He even went to ask someone to make sure.

Exact same thing happened for me in Horsens. I'm bringing a normal digital camera for taking pictures. I'm gonna smuggle it in by having it down in my pants. Right under the balls always works great. I hope they don't scan us using a metal detector though. Then I'm @#$%&.
Don't bother with cameras - just take paints and an easel, or tell the security you have a photographic memory and a 1 gig SD card installed into your brain.
i brought two bottles of wine into rod stewart at twickenham a few months back. same for flaming lips/massive atack last year. i just cant satnd festival beer and prices. for an door gig its no big deal but when you're sitting on a damp patch all day the beer budget can get silly.
