Best way to buy O2 ticket question

I could go to any of the London dates. How would you suggest getting a single ticket - ebay or night of the event from seller at the O2? And would you go for floor seats or side seats near the front?

They released a number of 'production' seats for each show over the weekend...check the O2 site.

Where do you think most of these people that haven't managed to sell their tix on ebay are gonna be ? I'd guess they'd be in and around the O2 on the nights in question.
