Keith's NZ surgery: There has been much confusing information around. Can anyone highlight on this?

Only those who really know, would be able to tell what really happened. But as always, those who really know, won't tell. Everything else is speculation. One thing is sure, it was really bad.

Only the people there was there and Keiths inner circle knows, but the story I belive in was. Keith falled and knocked the back of his head against a tree and felt shaky then instead of let him rest, he was placed in a speed boat and driven away in bumpy water, that made a bad injury critical.

He climbed the tree coz he needed coconut milk for his Pina Colada ;-)

btw, did you know that coconut water/juice can be a Life-saver?

Exactly right on about the coconut. In fact the King coconut water can be quite refreshing if you are dehydrated and is served out of the shell in most asian countries. Coconut Milk is made from the younger nuts, by shredding the inside of the nut and then soaking the shreds in water and then squeezing the water soaked shreds over a bowel and you have coconut milk.

But the coconut milk is made of the coconut's fruit flesh. So the coconut is of double use. You can make a pina colada and drink it out of the coconut's shell. And after your blood is completely flooded with alcohol you might receive a coconut's fruit water infusion and immediately feel better (thanks for the information open-g)!
