Mr Chuck...if you read this
Posted by: Harm ()

For my remaining three show (being a bit selfish of course) being Düsseldorf, Dublin and London 26th...could you ask the stones NOT to play "You got me rocking" and ask Keith to sing Little T&A on one of these shows.
If I ask for more I would probably have to sell my soul to the devil I guess.

I do NOT agree. Please play "You Got Me Rocking" at every show. It sounds great and many fans love it including me... As for Keith, this is all up to Keith and not Chuck, and I know Keith is working on a surprise for us.

YGMR in Lausanne sounded great, with some different solo from Ronnie and Keith.
You Got The Silver is simply one of the highlights of the show. I also would prefer Little T&A over Wanna Hold You, but at least the latter one was played so much better in Lausanne than previously in Nijmegen.

So, what will be the surprise. It is this week 30 years ago Presley died. Will they do a cover in honour?

Hope the surprise comes early enough, I mean at least in Hamburgsmiling smiley About YGMR I don't mind it, it is very energetic on this tour but I we all need variety going to a couple of shows on each tour.

BV, are you serious. You'd choose to hear the same song every show rather than hearing something different. To me it looks like they are bored playing this one. And IMO I think there is no need to leave a sub par song in the set list for 13 years when they have many newer songs that are much better.

You Got Me Rocking is a terrific song that I wouldn't mind hearing at the third 02 show.
Little T&A and Connection would be interesting choices for Keith's set.

I mean play eg. "Parachute Woman" instead or something like that. Not too difficult but rarely played nowadays....
Oh,Harm, stop dreaming

Great song You Got Me Rockin, with Ronnie on his Zemaitis diskfront slide guitar. An Mick whipping up the crowd in a frame of Keith`s Telecaster riffs and Charlie`s Strong drums.
Keep it up.

Dear Mr. Chuck,
The only one I really don't care for is "Miss You".

I would also go for as many lesser-played tunes in the sets as
possible. You know us, diehards.

As much as I like those songs, if Keith is working on a "surprise for us", I'd like to believe its something he hasnt already played on this tour.

here's hoping he noticed how well "Comin Down Again" polled in that request list we submitted in early June.

Cant understand why 'Learning the Game' was so quickly discarded after that breathtaking performance in Austin.

A few thinkable surprises, rehearsed in Brussels.

All About You
Before They Make Me Run
Can't Be Seen
Gimme Shelter - Keef on vocals
Happy
Little T&A
Slipping Away
Thru and Thru

And CDA is noted too.
BTMMR would be a great thing.
Keef singin Shelter in this context would also be a thrill.

Before They Make Me Run, Happy, Little T&A and Slipping Away have all been played this Summer. So no surprises there. We won't hear Gimme Shelter with Keith on vocals unless the Winos do another tour.

Count me in the negative on YGMR. Just seems too gimmicky. Plenty of other good rockers would fit well in that spot. As for Keith surprises. Just changing his brief set once in a while would be a nice surprise.

oooooh, a surprise from Keith!! A nice 10 minute version of Happy would do it for me!! I hope all 3 London shows will be special -- selfishly, since I won't be there for the last one.
