The bad thing about this album is for me..the fact you cant go into it cause its recorded in so many places..thats the norm today it seems..there was a time when it was just recorded in NY NY ..or Paris Or Toronto..and you could enyoy..thats the reason I rather hear boots.

>> it's recorded in so many places <<

well yeah - i think part of the point of Flashpoint is that it includes all the legs of SW/UJ.
you don't have to give up the bootlegs to have fun with Flashpoint - you can enjoy both.
that's what they're for

Flashpoint has to be one of their worst albums due to the production and the coldness. LYL is warm, sloppy but swinging and rocking.

No Stones live album has ever been recorded in one place.

The first 3 (Got Live if you want it, Ya Yas, LYL) all contain info on the sleeve which indicates they were recorded in one city (In LYL's case, it mentions two cities).

In each case, it's (deliberately) incorrect.

But it feels like one gig while it aint! One cant feel that on Flash!

All live recordings if mixed properly should feel like one gig, in fairness...

The El Mocambo part of LYL certainly doesnt sound like the rest of the album.

Thankfully!

okay, i was able to listen to this now, and Mick is definitely not speaking italian - it sounds more like japanese (or at least mick-japanese :-) - and that fits with the schedule that with sssoul posted.

He said "mada mada tsuzukuyoh!!"
It means the show will be continue more and more!! in Japanese.
