Keith is still kicking ass on concerts! Despite all negative reports he still does get sparks to the band. He's the instigator of the rythms and riffs.
What's different about the Stones nowadays is that Ronnie also is playing excellent and is up in the mix. So now Keith doesn't do all the work to keep the band sparking. Which he had to do on previous tours.
Today the Stones are better than ever. Full of life, best sound ever (I even pulled the earplugs after one song!) Nice and crisp sound with a really good mix. One more thing that is different with them up to the present day. They refuse to play songs excaktly the same night after night. A little bit of curved beat here and there just to change things a bit. That's what I call professionalism. Imagine yourselves going out on a tour over 2 years of length and play your songs just the way they were recorded. Wouldn't work at all.
Back to Keith he's awesome and will be as long as he can play his guitar.
After the show in Copenhagen and long time into the early housr Keith walked down to the bar at their hotel. This rarely happens at all but he did so in Copenhagen. He asked for a drink but the staff refused his order stating they had closed. So Keith Richards was denied a drink in Denmark, the most liberal country in Europe when it comes to serving and drinking alcohol. PS. Keith was all sober of course, in case someone would bring up that question.

The man is Keith Richards, he's our hero, respect him and the Stones for the last decades of only rock and roll.
It's just a great pic of somebody who's completely into the music. Keith shwos the world again and again a neverlasting addiction to rock and roll of which so many 'bands' could learn from.

as far as I am informed he asked for a glass of organic orange juce or a glass of milk (-;
well, it looks like the latest stupid story about keith has hit the media --- the other night i walked into the vineria and a couple of my italian friends told me, hey lu ! did you see in the newspaper today? your amore was so drunk that he fell down 4 times and he almost fell off the stage !! grin, smirk, bla bla bla. well, i informed them (from reading iorr of course) that one of the times, he actually kept playing, and how cool is that ;-) i also tried to explain that he's also apparently taking medicine lately for things, but they looked skeptical - guess that's too boring, no one wants to believe that ;-) at any rate, i've pretty much given up on explaining keith (much less the stones) to some people i know who don't understand nuthin about the subject - now i just tell them, oh, really ! that's nice! e vaffancu....! :-))
