As of this date 9 more shows until the big finale at London. I would expect nothing less than a major shakeup of the setlist. If they do not deliver with some inspiring numbers, I would consider it to be a big disappointment.

IMO to salvage some integrity of this European tour of it not being considered a huge hit parade they need to show why they are the greatest rock n roll band in the world. Now its time to live up to that reputation on this tour. My fingers are crossed.

None of this happy to see them crap, these 3 shows are the super bowl, world cup, stanley cup finals of their tour. They need to put out. I don't mean 1 or 2 different songs either. The grand finale!!!

I am afraid you will be a bit disappointed.Sure they'll throw in some unexpected songs but more or less, those will be regular arena shows.I don't think those are going to be their last shows either.They'll do at least one more tour in two or three years time.

Personally I am always inspired by JJF. I wouldn't expect a major shakeup though I guess rotating the opener/closer and B stage hits might be possible.

I am hoping they salvage some integrity and worry about doing a halfway decent job on the songs they always play rather than attempt to learn a bunch of new ones. If they sound anything like Budapest it's going to be out with a whimper.

The grand finale will be Brown Sugar though I wouldn't be surprised if it's JJF or Satisfaction at least one of the nights.

I'm expecting a plate full of Sheperds Pie, personally delivered to me by Keith.

Since this is the list BV posted of songs rehearsed I would say if it is not on the list it won't be played unless they had a private rehearsal somewhere between shows on the tour. So far how many have not been played live this tour?

So what are you implying? The super bowl has the same people playing on the field minus 1 or 2 guy's for the whole game, The stanley cup finals has the same 3 or 4 lines as there line up,and the world cup i don't really know all about it but i think it is quite similar? so what are we supposed to think about this great machine if they don't play a totally different set every night? that they suck? this is quite bizarre to say the least,but i guess it causes something to talk about when there is nothing for one to do,get a life! IT will fu***** ROCK,Because the core will be there!!!!!!!

from the 3 London shows, i hope (and expect) to see
30 different songs.

I don't think that is too much to ask.

I expect they change a little bit the setlist (and for each of the three nights).

I am afraid it will be there last shows, but if it is the case.. I will be proud to be here for such a moment (in this case maybe they will play "The last time" ?).


But to tell the truth, I am quite sure they will change just one or two songs for each night... and they will be back in two years !!!! But I think the atmosphere on stage and in the arena should be a little bit different since it is the last shows of the tour.

I have been always interested to attend to a last show, to see what it is.. ).
and it will be my first Rolling Stones show in an indoor arena. I guess the sound should be excellent but I may feel strange to be seated (I hope it will be possible to stand up !!).

I'm thinking that they may try and do a Beacon type of show. Maybe some special guests might join in.

Seems they have a couple from Exile waiting to be rolled out that they have not played but rehearsed. It doesn't have to be in a theatre to be intimate.

Would be nice to hear some stuff from the early London years.

Three different openers and finals would be fantastic.

Nice job goingmad, but Sway should be played the 3rd night, I never had the chance to hear it yet, and it's my only London show LOL !!!

Since they rehearsed I'm Free, my opinion is that this song would be a great one for the last concert of a tour.

What are you expecting from the Stones at the London shows?

About 20 Rolling Stones songs !!

Not asking for much..other than to have a great time!!!

I'm just hoping for a really good show.
Whether these dates represent the end of a Stones era or not...they must still have much significance for the band.
It's the end of tour in an exciting new arena and in their own back yard. They'll surely be up for it and cooking.

I expect them to play "She Was Hot"...but hopefully not on the first show because I've got no tickets for that one. Just for the second and third show.

it is true that at the end of the US leg things started to get chaken up a bit. between the beacon setlists, she was hot popping up, keith doing three songs in his set etc etc etc.
i imagine they won't stray too far from the mold for the 3 O2 shows, but I can see them being the most 'interesting setlists' between them 3 nights in a row. the thing to remember though is that if we aren't attending the show, we are only seeing what songs they did. we have no idea of what the perfomance was being there.
If I only saw the setlist of the show I was at back in 2005 in Toronto I would have felt kind of let down, but being there was a whole nother story.

Just because they played a song in rehearsal doesn't mean it's ready to be rolled. Usually the reason songs rehearsed don't get played is the band wasn't happy with the way it turned out. More exile songs debuted would be a nice thing but it I wouldn't hold my breath.

I am not expecting to much, but I if you are waiting for suprices like guest artists and rare songs I think the second show is right time to do it.

"Dance Part. I" performed with Prince!!

I expect or rather demand that Keith perform a better version of Happy at the O2 instead of the total train wreck he delivered in Paris last month.

Keeping with tradition I think the 3rd show will be a little bit shorter than the others.
