Sorry to say this, but this is what I think is the ultimate bad guitar playing. The guy may have technical ability, but that kind of playing lacks soul and humanity. I prefer a little sloppiness. Thats why I love the Stones and Jimmy Page. Its almost like a machine playing guitar.......and thats just not right.

exactly what i think. also the sound is what i consider a very bad guitar sound.
you can like that only if you have no soul or no ears.

The guy hardly has technical abilities. His playing is sloppy. And not in a charming way. His timing sucks, his bends are off, and he actually playes completely the wrong scales for the key.

Check out what he does at 1:24. It just hurts my ear. It makes no sense and it sucks!

Is he playing a Steve Vai song?

It's the famous Canon in D by Johann Pachelbel (a german 17th century composer), probably the most covered - or raped - classical piece.

this guy can play fast but it's just that: fast. if he doesn't watch out, he's going to end up in the useless yangie malmsteen camp. even the first few notes are
horribly faded in with no timing; it's almost as terrible as king snake's racist homophobia.
