The Frankfurt seating chart also clearly shows this stage.
Where did you see a seating chart for the Israel show?

So, why there isn't tickets on sale for the "on stage" boxes (first show of the tour : only 14 days from today) ?

Maybe they won't be available for sale to the public.
Comps, contest winners, sponsors, etc...

El Ejido promoters clearly stated some weeks ago that they will bring last years' stage

on a seating chart you can not see which stage they are using
the rio stage and the on stage stage look similar on these charts

but i guess there is no sense in using the cheap rio stage
they will use the voodoo lounge stage
good old cobra comin back

They are using the full bigger bang stage but there will be NO onstage seating this time. The rio stage wasn't made for touring, just a few one offs. It doesn't hold up too well being moved around all the time apparently

Nobody's talked about, what really matter's, The Sound. I think the Feathered stage sounds better it has a totally different,Speaker set up in it, I think it's louder and a better tone. On the last block's on the side it's a huge wall of speaker's totally different then the ABB stage. It's better for taping imo.

If I remember .

Bigger Bang stage takes 3 Days to put up.

Watched them strip it down and load in on to the trucks over the course of about 12 hrs in Munich last year.

So a lot quicker to dismantle than put up.

It makes no sense that they would build a new stage for basically the last leg of a three legged tour.

They only build huge brand new ones at the start of each world tour and use them throughout the tour, not suddenly build a new one for the last X number of shows (how many is it?).

Personally, whatever stage they use, I think it is critical that everyone in the venue has a great view of THE PLEXIGLASS.

I read in an article about the Stuttgart-show last year that the first truck came exactly 7 days before the show. SO three days is not realistic, further more:
The built-up of the stage in Munich:
Already on July, 11th, 5 days before the show: and it looks like they had started at least one day before: Have a look...
