relatedly, can someone answer this please?
who is the sax player (and other horn players) that they had for the remainder of '73 once Bobby was canned? just curious...was listening to brussels 10-73 this morning and the horn section was particularly smooth, hot and impactful...don't think i've ever heard better horns used more crushingly or beautifully at any other live stones show i've seen or heard...sophistiscated and smooth, and turning on a dime very punctuation sharp and silvery...
some absolutely great sax on gimme shelter and they gave him a big longass solo after taylor's vibranto performance...(my own new truthy work, a mixture of vibrant and vibrato)
also this guy absolutely nailed nailed nailed the brown sugar solo; totally nailed it...brilliant sax guy, who was/is he??
ty.

p.s. the lead post mentions a german gig; i thought the very last gig of that tour (and that version of the band too) was in Germany, immediately after the belgium shows (and after Keys was removed)...
isn't that true? or was there an earlier German gig on that tour where Bobby performed?
