I must concur with c.drugstore...First shows in '05, 2 or 3 weeks before the album was released the Stones were doing 4 songs from ABB. I was baffled when it was released and they wouldn't exceed 4, and then actually dropped down to an average of 3, sometimes 2 and unbelievably 1 at some shows...The whole perception of the band's continued vitality would be utterly enhanced had they played 4 to 6 or 7 new ones per show. I don't expect the '78 type domination of a new album, SG was a massive smash with lots of radio play whereas ABB received virtually none in the US - but songs like BOMH and Rain Fall Down (even TPIE) were very well received at the shows I saw. I know they played some older stuff rarely or never played live, but at 20 or 21 songs they could easily cut 2 or 3 standards per show for newer material

-"let me down slow" instead of "let´s´spend the night together"
-"driving to fast" instead of "it´s only rock´n´roll"
-"dangerous beauty" instead of "tumbling dice"
-"she saw me coming" instead of "honky tonk woman"

it would be a much "newer, fresher & cooler" show...
for the die hard fans more interesting material!
for the "average fans" enough good old stuff!!
