ORLANDO 10/24/81 Available???

Hi Group,

I have a really lousy audience of this great show on cassette but am hoping to hear a better (soundboard?) version of it.

Has it been released on CD and if so, does anyone have it?

Thanks,
Steve

Steve, I got the same thing you've got (probalby) - 'Happy Birthday, Willie'.

I also have the show from the second day (my first Stones show). Both are audience recordings and not so hot recording-wise. The band was good on both days though. E-mail me if you'd like:

Hi Elmo,

Boy, it was hot that Saturday. I'm going to be in Atlanta the next couple of days at Turner Field....I sure wish I was going to see the Stones instead of the Braves.

Best,

Shawn

What about those assless pants that David Lee Roth wore? Did you see Valerie standing on stage with Eddie during the Stone's set? What a babe (in 1981 anyway). Alex had all those drums and Charlie blew him away with his small kit.

I remember Keith standing at the front of the stage pumping that right arm during "SFM". Mick's cape during "Satisfaction". The cherry picker. Bill Wyman. The stage itself. "Time Is On My Side", "Under My Thumb", "Let It Bleed", among many highlights.

That was my first Stones concert also (25 Oct). Been searching for that CD for some time. Someday I'll have my glory.
