Last year we arrived in Paris around 22.00h, and jumped right into the subway to the city centre. From friends we got the adress of a bar near Il de la cité, buit we could not find it. So we had a few beers in a few bars, priced from 9 euro's for half a litre, to 9,50 for 25 cl heineken, bottle!!!!!!

That was very funny. So we decided to do a last search for this bar, and we found it! But no entrance, just 4 guys, no girls = no entrance.

Next option: the Sous Bock gahtering. Another search, it SHOULD be near where we are now, but where??? Well, it was around the corner eventually. But where's the Stones-party? When we arrived and asked, the garcon poited out the last 4 Stonesfans that were left at the Sous Block. Oh what a night. There was another group, loud Frenchmen. It turned out the guy won some kind kind of international Judo-championship the day before, and was celebrating it at the Sous Bock. He paid some of our beer, we even got champagne!

Great night, although we missed everything we came/searched for.

Does anyone know it the stones bar on Rue de la Roquette called "Some Girls" has moved or has it gone out of business? It was a great bar-I used to go when I went to Paris.

Why not the day OF the show? I am sure more than a few folks would like to party then.

I think that's a most reasonable suggestion. I'll be arriving in Paris on the day of the show and leaving the very next day.

WELL I THINK THERE SHOULD BE ONE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE SHOW AS IS THE CASE WITH MOST STONES SHOWS.

SO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, before the show, there won't be many people at the bar in the afternoon as the concert at the SDF will be General Admission...Most fans will be Front of Stage at the show and so will be queuing...

You think there will be many FOS-places left now all the PELOR-tickets are sold out? If there are any early fans with Pelouse-tickets admitted to the Pelouse Or, I doubt it will be more than a few hundred. But in fact, I guess they already know exactly how many people fit in the FOS area, so they sold just that many Pelouse Or-tickets.

Hahaha, yeah you're right, I was just wondering if I misunderstood the FOS-system again, but I don't think so. Have PELOR tickets for the family, so in fact I should not care, and I don't really.

I'm alone, the girl is off to Val Thorens (Valto in popular Dutch) to do some snowboarding with the girls...

So I guess not many dB's around this Easter.

A noter, le "Some Girls", rue de Lappe (petite rue piétonne, à droite de la rue de la Roquette en venant de Bastille) ... (I can't translate excuse me!)

In April was the Some Girls open. Try "Google french" "Some Girl Paris" You find the bar with a tel. number. It's 11 rue de Lappe.
