Helsinki 37,000(all seats) - Looks very nearly sold out. Seems they have actually opened up a couple of new grandstand sections next to and almost behind the stage.

just check eventim.de or something

klik on the seating chart, you'll see that in almost every section 3/4 is sold

Only the first night at the O2 is sold out. See seetickets.com for the 23rd.

Ticketnet.fr has 8.500 tickets left on sale, but I suppose that is not all? 90% in two days seems a but much to sell... Are the different companies (Francebillet, ticketnet) allocated a quotum of their own? Are they all selling from the same pool?

Just curiousity, no big deal.

Neither O2 is sold out yet as Hotel Packages are on sale on TicketMaster.

You can't tell this by looking at eventims seating chart cause they do not offer all available seats at any time. Earlier this morning i selected my tickets for Frankfurt in that seating chart. In the section where my seat is, only one row was selectable. I checked again one hour ago and found that now the row behind my seat is available. I think they iterate through the rows in the sections to fill them up equally. Otherwise you would get big emtpy spaces between the sections if the show doesn't sell well cause people will of course select the best seats which are usually the first couple of rows within a section.

if that's true i apologise.. still it can be due people who didn't got their tickets in time so they went back avaible

Does anyone know what percentage of tickets are allocated to ticket agencies, apart from the Stones official site, that advertise deals including travel and hotel accommodation?
How come they get priority over mere fans?
It seems to me that the only thing you can guarantee has sold out is the band themselves.
A line in about bankers in "Rain Fall Down" springs to mind.

Re: Ticket sales

There is no way we could know how much of a show is sold. At least in every countries that have more than one ticketing service. France has two big TS (ticketnet and France billet) both have their own allotment. And there are smaller ones + allotment in some big travel agencies, big companies (Insurance, banks, Car factories, etc...) have their own associations driven by the unions,Companies and get a lot of tickets for the salaries. NObody could say how much of Paris or Lyon is sold today.
Germany? Come on, Getgo and Kartenhaus also sell tickets. And i'm pretty sure each get it's own allotment.

Göteborg still has standing tickets at this moment and seated tickets pop up every few hours.

SDF have a nasty habit of only releasing small amounts of FOS and the best seats at intervals to encourage people to think they are sold out and thus push them in to buying tickets in other areas of the stadium.

So how sold out is sold out ?.

Not really as said above there are corporate bookings available and also fanclub packages not to mention other operators and the stadiums themselves.

All the spare tickets will be put back up on the open market 3/6 wks before the concert date.

30.000 for Nijmegen is really poor considering they sold out multiple Amsterdam ArenA or Rotterdam Kuip shows within minutes during previous tours. 20.000 for Werchter just can't be true!

Considering Werchter is the opening show for the tour makes it even more embarrassing!

Scandiland is doing well again. Pity they don't have any dates available around that time. A Stockholm stadium or Råsunda would be easy to fill with both Gothenburg and Helsinki gone. And some visitors from Copenhagen, Oslo and the Baltics.

Not even half of the tickets have been sold. A mix of too expensive and a fear they won't show up, I was told. At least we'll all get into the FOS area :-)

Just finished buying the last of my Stones tickets:

Hambury (15/8/07)
Slane (18/8/07)
London (21/8/07)
London (23/8/07)

A big weight off my mind. I may have gotten in debt for a while, but it should be the summer of a lifetime.
