My sympathies go out to anyone attempting to have a T-shirt printed for the first time. I did it last year and it turned out to be a huge pain in the ass. One thing I definitely learned is that printers lie. They will tell you they can duplicate your artwork exactly but then when you get the finished product it will look different. If I ever do a T-shirt again (and I pray that I don't) I won't work with any printer that won't print me one T-shirt first so I can see exactly how it will look before I give the go ahead for the rest of them.

P.S. Nice job on the teeth, I hope that change makes it in.

i'm sure they are, but if you could give the armpit-to-armpit measurement
for whichever ladies' shirt size you have a sample of,
that truly would be very helpful, please and thank you.

I think in regard to teeth and sizes and anything else it is a moot point now, the presses are running and there aren't going to be any more changes. It is what it is. Don't you like a few suprises in your life?

ohnonotyouagain is this the same ohnonotyouagain I met in Louisville? I hope all is going good! I remember your shirt! Cool design! A good screen printer is the key to it all! Mine is great! They do whatever it takes to get them the way we want them! I understand completely the problems BV is dealing with! Spot colors are simple. Half tones and four color process is a whole new ball game though! Many issues can arise depending on the art complexities!

Is there the slim possibility of sleeveless "tank top" shirts?
If so, I will order 3 xx-large.

No more changes or options will be available. As I got the delay of 2-3 weeks in April there will simply be the options available initially. Already I say to myself every day why did I do this but that is ok. It will happen and everybody orderingb the shirts will get them, but April 30 is the final deadline. No other alternatives for production. Thanks!

Sorry I don't have any ladies samples available, and the final ones will not be avalable until after the ordering deadline. All I can say is that those who tried out the samples said they were perfect, and they were normal sizes for ladies, whith a great stretch, which means you can order any size you like, and a smaller one if you want it very tight.

Wow schillid, i wish i could throw money around like that. You and the wifey,that's a 10,000 dollar trip i hope someone can pitch. It's a great design. I will be getting one.

Any updates on the status of the t-shirts?

It is all done. They printed the first 100 shirts yesterday and the rest is printing later this week. I hope to have them all mailed out by air mail within a week. Thanks for your patience!

PS. I got a sample last week. The revised design looks good actually. Same as original design but now with silhouettes in the letters, easier to print, and easier to see from a distance. I will update the t-shirt pages with the new desing, but I am sure it has been posted here somewhere already.
