Worth watching? I checked it out @ Blockbuster the other day.
I haven't watched it yet.

I liked it. Only cost 13$ for the dvd and it was pretty decent.

Conviniently I got it in the mail a few months ago (because I bought Stones ticket from a certain vendor in Germany). That DVD utilized a system called Pay2See and it would let you watch the first 15min and for the remainder you would have to call a number that would autmatically charge something like 10€ to the phone bill for a PIN to enter on the remote to watch the complete movie.

Pretty bad business modell though, because you could either just rip the main movie with one of the common Rippers/Shrinkers or extract the PIN yourself from the menus with something like DVDRemake.

In any case, was just interested in breaking Pay2See, didn't get a chance to watch it yet.

Not a great movie but worth watching and you can usually get it dirt cheap

The movie is an absolute travesty. Its full of every druggie, sixties cliche imaginable. They couldn't/wouldn't pay the copyright on the original tunes so the music for the most part consists of lamentably poor cover versions. The script stinks. The acting is awful. Brian's character is totally dislikeable and unsympathetic, Fair enough you might say, but they haven't even made him interesting. The rest of the Stones don't fare well either. There's none of the exitement or fun of the times, no sense of how important the Stones were, in fact no real sense of time and place at all. I hate it. Can't you tell?

The movie sucks monkey balls. Totally pedestrian. I'll get it anyway since I'm a collector.
