Here are 7 tracks of Dead Flowers they fool around with the song - notice over the 7 tracks how great Mick Taylor's backup vocals are with Erwin.

enjoy those country licks that taylor did on dead flowers sure beats the way the stones play the song live today and sure outdo what gram parsons show keith
during the exile sessions.

And taylor's backup vocals sure work . jagger can,t even sing the song anymore with conviction .

I do think its a real shame OpenG that you spend all this time supplying tracks of interest but waiste even more time having a dig at the latter day stones. It does get tiresome......

Like I wrote on Hot Stuff, thanks alot for this OpenG. The acoustic version of TWFNO has an incredible feel. I like this as much as the original version.

Mick's and Erwin's vocals blend really well together on this album.

ablett - IMO which means nothing its how I feel and perceive songs played today vs songs played during the MT era. I play average guitar and write my own music and have some knowledge about music and what is good and bad and average .

again IMO which means nothing out here .

Hey OpenG. I have this great documentary on MT. In it he plays some classical piano and talks about how he doesn't regret leaving the Stones. The real touching part is where he talks about his love of the blues and playing the guitar. Have you seen this doco. It looks like it was made recently.

YES YES YES!!!It is very annoying to read these putdowns of the Stones. If he really hates the Stones, then why come to a message board dedicated to them.Go over to the whiteboard at micktaylor.net.Theres lots of tunnel vision over there.

Pleased to meet you......

Hi OpenG, I downloaded Time Waits for no one from the Mule, and then I search in google for more stuff about it and found your uploads. But there's no more download anymore. Can you put all the music again? please man, this music is pure blues power.
bye
