and, it was so awesome. A passionate, powerful soul singer backed by a super band. In a a small club the atmosphere was wonderful!

So I saw George, and I got a signed copy of his 2120 South Michigan Ave. album, and noted for the first time that in the liner notes he thanks "Nanker Phelge and the boys" for introducing him to Chess music.

Having just seen both Bruce & Lynryd Sknyrd in Melb in Feb next up are the Stones in Adelaide & Melbourne, then Govt Mule & Gregg Allman in April.

Neil Young, Dolby Theatre Sat. March 29th, Orch center row F seat 9. Dead centre. These went on sale last Monday and went on after work to buy. Thought I had no chance except for maybe a nose bleed seat. It was the very LAST seat available. Jeez, did I luck out. Have no idea what I did for my karma to be so good. LOL. Any SoCal IORRians going?
