I want more information about this guitar and the picture:
-When (probably 89/90) and where was the picture taken ?
-Are there any other picture of Keith with this guitar?
-Which model from ESP is it exactly ?
-Has it been used by Keith on stage or in the studio?
-This kind of guitar is supposed to be played by metal/hard rock guitar players.

I dont know about them only being for hard rock and metal...didnt ESP makes Ronnies signature guitar awhile a go... the telecaster knockoff with the humbucker in the neck position

I am just speculating here, but this looks like one of those gifts, that Keith must get a lot of. A company designs a guitar with some cool looking graphics on it; he does a photo op etc etc

that photo's by Paul Natkin; i've seen it dated 92 and 93,
and i believe the photo session was at Keith's home.
i've never seen any photos of Keith with it on stage, and my theory's the same as Chelsea's:
that it's one of his "photo op guitars".

i know ESP has a large heavy-metal following, but that's not all they do -
Ronnie's b-bender guitars are all (or almost all?) ESPs.
