B-stage in Washington DC, 1997. John Kerry was across the aisle from me but apparently went home to his "crazy mama" before they played it.

saw them do it in 97 at giant stadium,it was a great,great,version and came out of nowhere.

I saw it at Giants Stadium in '97--you are right, it was a highlight of the show, I was SHOCKED that they played it and if I remember correctly it sounded very good.
