I heard this crap on an oldies show Saturday - some bozo REQUESTED IT! I remember this vaguely as a kid, but hoped it was a repressed nightmare memory. Absolutely awful. No redeeming qualities. Apologies to our Aussie friends. This one tops my previous all-time loser "Sugar Shack".

That is a great song. It has a little Midnight Rambler in it.
I think that is quite humorous, but then I am sick. Love the ? about tin whistles and fog horns! And now I nominate "Our Day Will Come" by Ruby and the Romantics. AAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh No! I had the wrong song with the whistle thing. That's the one about the chewing gum and the bedpost. SO SORRY!!!! Still find the roo one kind of humorous, but then I am sick.
Streets of Love is as bad as anything i've ever heard that wasn't intentionally supposed to be bad or campy. Yeah, it's THAT bad. And, coming from the supposed GRNRBITW, it gets bonus demerit points.

And the song too.lol
Anything from Earth Wind & Fire, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin anything from these artists make me puke. As for punk or rap they are all hideous, but I think the most horrendous song has gotta be Stairway To Heaven.
Rolf sorry he let racist lyrics loose December 6, 2006
Rolf Harris says he is ashamed of racist lyrics in his hit song Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport.
The song launched Harris, 76, to fame in Britain, but now the Australian entertainer has admitted his shame over an original verse, which he now never sings when performing the song.
The verse says: "Let me Abos go loose, Lew; Let me Abos go loose; They've got no further use, Lew; So let me Abos go loose."
In an interview to be broadcast on Radio Scotland on Sunday, Harris says he has "great respect and love" for Aborigines.
"At the time I was 27 or something when I wrote that," Harris said.
"But since 1960 I have never sung that verse."
Harris recorded Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport for Perth TV show Spotlight. Born in Perth, Rolf has been based in Britain since 1952, and his career on British television has spanned over 50 years.
