Biggest Supprise was Paint It Black as opener at Gillette 2006 and JJF on the B-stage at the same show.

Best opener: Paint It Black (only in Boston, Halifax and Regina)
Best B-stage intro: Under My Thumb
Best B-stage outro: I'd say the best main stage intro was Out of Control
Best closer: It's Only Rock'n'Roll
Best encore: would have been Salt Of The Earth
Best warm-up act: Beck, I guess
Biggest suprise(s): She Was Hot in Chicago, Sway in Columbus, Love Is Strong (NYC),As Tears Go By / Con Le Mire Lacrime (LA/ Milan), Under My Thumb (Boston), Slipping Away/ Before They Make me Run (Europe - not a good surprise)
