If there's more $$$ to be had in May, the Stones will take it. Please! Open your wallet....surprised they haven't figured out the float game.....ask for it now and get some interest in the interim! Maybe "the Rolling in the Bucks" tour 09' will figure this out. C'mon, this is NOT out of the goodness of their collective hearts.....STOP with that!

Youre a little late with this one lynn. You should have come on here 6 mos. ago to whine about ticket prices. Newsflash!!! The tour is over.

Hey, well there's something to look forward to. Just looking forward to the future threads...... what Sinatra songs the Stones could cover, will KR hair plugs take, if MT went to weight watchers, could he join the stones again?

Allright smart ass!! You know what I meant. The CURRENT U.S. leg is over. When (if) they tour europe next summer, then you can go back to bitching about ticket prices. Besides as of right now there are NO official dates announced for europe or elsewhere. So technically the tour IS over.

Just when you think that the Stones are shameless, here comes Michael. From today's Pollstar.com.
Party With MJ Updated 12:20 PST Mon, Nov 27 2006 As evidenced by his rendition of "We Are the World" at last month's World Music Awards in the U.K., Michael Jackson still has some work to do before he's able to return to performing, but that doesn't mean he can't earn money by other means. Positive Productions, the Yokohama-based promoter that handled Jackson's visit to Japan last May, has announced a December 19 Christmas party with Jackson in attendance, and the general public is invited. Tickets to the holiday blowout, at which Jackson will not perform, are priced at 200,000 yen ($1,725) per person. Purchasing this so-called gold ticket does not mean you can actually meet the famous singer, though you will receive an autographed picture of him. Only those who buy the platinum tickets, which cost 400,000 yen ($3,450), will be able to participate in the meet-and-greet event before the party and sit in a special roped off area away from the other partygoers, who will have to eat their party food and drink their party drinks standing up. For reasons not specified, even the 200 platinum ticket-holders will have to enjoy their refreshments outside the roped off section in the "arena" area since the press release says that no food or drink will be allowed in the exclusive zone. Platinum people can also have their pictures taken with the star, though media reports have indicated that the photo opportunity will only be for group portraits. For security reasons the location of the party has not been made public. The entertainment will be provided by a gospel group and "surprise" guests. In addition, recordings of Jackson's own music will be played extensively, thus giving fans the opportunity to see the star enjoy his past successes.
