The results are in...

With tonight setlist etched in Stone, will there be any surprises tomorrow night?
Since it's being filmed for a movie, I predict it will be an exact rehash of tonight.
And what about wednesday?

Probably the same. Then ole Marty will take the best of each and make it into one show!

given that Mick had a "sore throat" just two nights ago, and gave it his all tonight,I'm guessing the show may not be a sure thing. Oh, that's right, they're doing a movie...they'll show up for this one!

It was a great setlist, most people will be thrilled to see that one twice in a row.

Not Melillo...count him out on that setlist.

Hopefully LA will stay on schedule, even if they have to cancel AC.

But I'm stil curious about wednesday. This has been described as a short 4 song set,
with emphasis on the crowd for filming.

I know someone who won this entry, and am trying to gain information for her.
Thanks.

I guess I have some comments and questions:

Question - how involved was Marty in the song selection process? I wonder if he had any say at all.

Also, it seems wise that they would play some of the same songs, but I'm betting there's still some tricks left in the bag. They rehearsed so they'd get their set down pat - to waste film, time, and money on all of the same songs, while a sound move I'm sure in terms of insurance, would be redundant, particularly in the capable hands of artists such as The Rolling Stones and an auteur such as Scorsese.

We'll still see some more magic, I'm certain.

I think that they'll have a new setlist for us on Tuesday. I thought that they were going to polish up anything that needs polishing on Wednesday.

I really like this set list and hope that it becomes a template, if you will, for the set list of the rest of the tour. I like the first half and the second half with Live with me between sympathy and PIB. Its good to mix in a deeper album cut with the warhorses like that. THey should continute that. I would imagine theyre gunna keep at least two spots open for ABB songs.

its not an obscure a raritie, but certialny not a warhosse. I mean, I can agree to diagree, its no big deal, but thats just how I see it.

A semi-warhorse, if you ask me.

probably something similar

wednesday wont be a full show. One of the girls who got the phone call to go to it was told the band would only play maybe four or five songs. I'd guess its primarily used for post production, camera angles, retakes etc.
