I got the Loge section (last row though, but beggars can't be choosy)
You guys are so lucky! hope you'll have a good time! I was ready to book my flight tickets from Geneva (Switzerland) to come and see them... but too bad for me!
Check on ebay, and look the bet on the Beacon tickets amazing! I can't believe all those F...ers who don't give a shit for the Band who got tickets instead the real fans and now they are just earning money! not fair for us! too sad! Anyway happy halloween to all the lucky stoners!

If I can get a ticket, I will find a way. Do you have one? E-mail me at (edit) > Camper

If there's a pre-show gathering, count me in - I don't have a ticket but would love to have a pre-show beer with some of you magnificent bastards, regardless.

I think I have the worst seats on 29th. furthest upper corner balcony row EE. I'm a bit concerned that I've read so many have upper balcony in my row. maybe they oversold and screwed up. but i'll sit in the bathroom for all I care.
I just went to the beacon seating chart to see how "bad" my seat is and though it is hard to read, it seems to indicate that upstairs the highest numbered seat is 112. That is MY seat. Does that mean I got the last ticket sold that morning for the 31st??

Whatever it is, it ain't bad.
By the way, I thought the same thing about my ticket (not that it was bad but that it was the last one sold). Mine's row m, seat 60 which is back right corner near the cab stand, it's up there and it's back there, but it's in there and that ain't bad, that's damn good.
They were all sold in about seven seconds so it'd be hard to say which was the last one sold . . . and yet I seem to recall one post (can't remember who wrote it) that said someone got through at 5 minutes past 10:00, I got mine at about 22 seconds past ten, according to the US govt atomic clock--my personal secret about timing my ticketmaster purchase attempts, oops I just let that out didn't I, damn!

I didn't get mine for quite some time, I would say probably closer to 10:07. I was locked out of ticketmaster for a bit right at 10:00. Tod does that time seem about right to you?
Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.
I got mine around 10:05, I pretty much thought that there was no chance left. I tried to get two a bunch of times then tried for just one and around the 5th or 6th try I got it. Almost thought I was seeing things.
i was on my 7th or 8th try and it was about 10:08. my seat number 112 is only row G, so if there are Row Ms out there, maybe i wont be leaning aganst the back wall!!
its all relative, if you asked me at 9:59 that morning i would have happily told you i just want to be inside.
Does anyone's confirmation say limited view? Mine does not, but BV's news item seems to indicate the cheaper seast are limited view.

My understanding is that everything on the upper balcony is potentially partially blocked. They'll probably have at least two cameras set up there, probably 3.
And I'm pretty sure that I saw row double f (FF) as the furthest back row. But I'm not sure how the order goes up there, section by section.
I've looked at various photos of the upper balcony at the Beacon, and it seems that they have full views of the stage. I am hoping that it won't be camera equipment, but instead, they are referring to the fact that upper balcony seats would have no view of any ramp that goes out into the crowd.
No ramps at the Beacon. It's way too small. If I recall correctly, the balconies in the Beacon are pretty low, and actually extend out pretty close to the stage -- because of the high stage height and low ceilings, it feels like you are only slightly above the stage when you are on the lower balcony, almost like you are eye level with the performers (but not quite, slightly above). The upper balcony is a bit higher, but still the whole place is very compact and kind of built low, but with high ceilings in the center, if that makes any sense. Limited view seats will almost certainly be behind either lights or camera equipment -- my guess is probably cameras that move on dollies or tracks, etc. so the view will only be obstructed when the camera unit is directly in front of you. Some spots will probably be better or worse than others, no way to know until you get there.
