...only got ONE ticket for Holloween - DAMN !!

I am going solo as well but at this point I don't care. One of my friends may come with me and try to listen outside or get in somehow. There are so good bars right outside the Beacon. Lets get something together and meet up.

Both shows! It cost me a few memberships - but man! It's worth it!

I can't believe it. They called me. I'm there (w/guest) for filming on October 29th, 30th and November 1st. I'm speechless. I will not be bootlegging this. I will be enjoying this.

I can't believe it. They didn't call me. I didn't win the RS.com contest. I was not able to get tickets and my connection let me down. I'm speechless. I will not bootlegging this as I won't be there. I surely don't enjoy this.

Congrats! I'm pretty sure that video & audio recording equipment will be very difficult to get through security at this gig anyhow.

Congrats to all, though i have to say, its sort of unfair to have people getting tix for both shows. they should've had a one-gig policy on ticketmaster or something like that. this sucks. enjoy the show everyone.

Nice Drake. I also tried winning tickets like that but never got a call. I am a younger fan as well and thought that may help after the whole Super Bowl thing.

I just checked EBAY out of desperation and to my total disgust those FRIGGIN CANADIAN TICKET BROKERS STRIKE AGAIN! I want to puke! $4000 per ticket!!!!! I WANT TO SHOT ALL OF THEM! I got two tix for sunday about 8 minutes after they went on sale. i literally have the last two tix in the upper corner of upper balcony that say Limited view. lol. at least it doesn't say limited hear. lol

Thanks JJFLASH, really! It's so upsetting that they pieces of crap scooped up tickets that were meant for REAL FANS for $50. I tried to stay optimistic, even booked the hotel and train, all in vain!! Think I'll drink until Tuesday is over. Are the movie folks still calling for extras??

A friend of mine wrote me a while ago because she was all pissed off that she couldn't get a ticket to the show.

She is not a real fan, she had seen them quite a few times, all for free.
She only just found out about the ticket sale this morning.

And she is pissed????

I set her straight. I told her that there are hard-core fans that have been living by their computers for weeks waiting for this day. She has no right to be pissed.
But the thought that some of those types of people probably DID get tickets when some of our good people didn't is really sad. I do think the Stones are doing their best to keep it a fan event though.

I just talked to Drake. He said he asked if he could take a guest and they asked him "how old?" When he said 30s or 40s they said no way, so he said "21" and they were like "bingo!" That's the last age group they need, he is taking a girl from Shidobee.

Good for them - I told him if someone told me right now "I have an extra ticket, I can either take you or a 21 year old girl" I'd say "Are you crazy, take the girl!!!"

I don't think they think that's the average age, I suppose they are just trying to get representatives from all age groups.
