Is it the same as "you can dream of me" ?

Is it "get it on, rider" or "bleed it on, rider" ?
I hear "bleed it on, rider"

I know it's about having sex with a girl on the rag

I think it's "Get it on rider" for Stripped and "Lean on rider" on Let It Bleed. Some live versions I think he sings "Bleed on rider". And in the studio LIB version I think he sings: "You can cream on me" actually.

Christian, what a lovely turn of phrase "I know it's about having sex with a girl on the rag"!! I have always thought it was Lean on Rider. The cream on me phrase is at the end of the verse methinks.

I thought it was just a satirical twist on the Beatles "Let It Be" - not really about anything, per se.

Personally, I always thought it was "Bleed alright", just with Mick twisting the sound of the words a bit.

"Let It Be" was recorded and filmed in 1969 with the usual hoopla surrouding all things Beatle. "Let It Bleed" was indeed a play on the title.

The line is get it on rider. Open to very obviously different interprations.

rider/riding
1 - a girl friend, the sexual partner (see also easy rider). Riding is probably the most common metaphor for the sexual act in blues, see also balling the jack and grinding.
