Out of Control cage

The first few shows of the No Security tour in 1999 featured Mick in a cage during Out of Control. Have the Stones used any notable props since?

Does a video recording exsist where Mick is stuck in the cage, when he is supposed to come out of it? I know it happened, and it would be a great Spinal Tap moment to see.

You're right, that would be almost as good as the "minature Stonehenge" moment in Spinal Tap.

Please do not post offending and meaningless crap here. It might be funny in that split second you write it but if it is offending to people then I have to delete your post and also your user.

FYI: The cage did not fail. Mick was not trapped in it. In Sacramento it was stuck up in the roof and never came down. The bars were made by rubber so it was no problem to get out of it. But Mick though the cage was a silly gimmick so he just put it away. I could not agree more. By Denver it was gone luckily. It was silly and not appropriate for a Stones show. May be for Kiss or a boyband, but not for the Stones.

The cage did appear in Denver (I was there to see it) but I believe this was the last time it was used.

Correct. By the time they left Denver it was gone. You may probably see it in a zoo in Denver, if there is one there.

Hey... at the 10/11/06 Chicago show Mick was wearing one of those hands-free microphones clipped to his head. I don't recall him doing this before. Didn't
wear one at the earlier ABB Milwaukee show last September. Could it have something to do with the cold weather in Chicago? Not guitar related....Maybe Mick didn't want to hold a microphone while wearing mittens. (He only used the hands-free unit for a few songs) It did give him the ability to wave his hands around EVEN MORE. Any thoughts?

He's been using the headset on the b-stage for most of the tour. Sometimes also on Sympathy.

Really people, is it so hard to follow the rules? You may post offending crap, or you may post meaningless crap, but please do not post crap that is both offending and meaningless. In the future I trust you all will ensure that your meaningless crap is not offensive, and your offensive crap is not meaningless.
