Cool! I'm a youngin.....(born during the Tatoo You tour) And I didn't get into the band untill the mid 90's.
My first Stones album was Stripped. I saw the Like A Rolling Stone video on TV (world premiere on network TV) and it moved me so. I went right out and bought it.
Still the best version of that song by anyone anywhere IMHO.

Come on- I do perfer it to any Dylan version I've ever heard. I like Bob n' all but man....that organ on the Stripped version is killer.

Big Hits High Tide and Green Grass (The UK version with the booklet and infinitely superior track listing than the earlier U.S. version.
Must have been 1966 much against parental wishes, prior to that the only "pop" record in the collection had been Millie's "My Boy Lollipop"
Oooooh... and the Monkees "I'm a Believer"
After Big Hits, it was "Rolling Stones No. 2", "Satanic Majesties", the "5X5" EP,
"Beggar's Banquet" and "Let it Bleed" all bought when they were released.
And I'm still only twenty five.
....ish.
