I agree. You don't lose anything by buying the hybrid DSD/SACD discs, so if the price is the same, then get em. I should mention that if you have a good quality audio set-up and an SACD player, then the sound is much warmer and more detailed. If you just have a normal dorm room type set up, then even with a SACD player, I can't hear that much difference. Also, note that the SACD masters are NOT surround sound mixes. They are 2-channel stereo, just like the albums and the other CD's. The only exception is the Sympathy mix that is hidden on the remix single issued a few years ago. If you have a 5-channel set up, check it out. It's a little jarring at first, but quite exciting. Makes you wonder how the rest of the catalogue would sound in surround.
