Man, Kevin Spacey does THE BEST Christopher Walken Impersonation, THE BEST !! I would love to be able to do that. You would never go hungry cause you could always do everyone's phone answering machines as Chris Walken.... That'd be SO cool, I'd have him do Walken from KING OF NEW YORK and scare the sh*t out of all my friends. Walken was such a bad dude in that film....anybody see it? It'd be like "Yo, the brain ain't here right now! Leave a message and talk clearly you dumb MFer...(then you hear a few gun shots) Hey, come see me at the Plaza Hotel, I have some work for you, ask for White" click - What a cool phone message...what do you guys think?

Hey MB,

Did you ever see that scene with Walken and Dennis Hopper from True Romance (written by Quentin T)? That scene between those two is fantastic, pure chemistry!

Hmm, now who do I have to bribe to get Soul Survivor included in a movie or played live? That's always been my favorite "overlooked" Exile track. It's gonna be the death of me!

Yeah, Cindy C , that was a perfect scene - GREAT acting

Soul Survivor would go over well in a Scorsese film , that's a great song

Looking forward to seing it! And the Stones-documentary he's working on. That Martin is one helluva Stones fan - and I just love it.

Scorsese (misspelled in subject line btw) used JJF and "Tell Me" in MEAN STREETS.

>Perhaps our best bet of hearing Winter or We Love You live is to lobby filmmakers like Richard Linklater then & get him to include these on his next soundtrack!

"We Love You" was used by Fassbinder in his circa 1973 film FEAR OF FEAR.

Long long while is used quite effectively during a particulary violent scene in the beging of the movie. the scene where theyre at the bar and De Nero akss the guy next to him if he left his pen there and he tells him to go F him self, and then Pesci gets involved... and then at very end of that scene satisfaction plays for a few seconds in the distance. It sounds really echoey.(sp)

and then Sweet Virginia is in a scene when theres an argument with one of the senators relaitives who is in the casino. He takes his shoes off and puts his feet on the talbe and they have to kick him out.

The version of Satisfation he uses is the cover by Devo I think (he may also use the Stones' one, can't remember).

Gimmie Shelter, is what I said after seeing Rosie O'Donnell nude last night on nip/tuck.(lol). But Scorcese using Let it Loose, is pretty cool. Overlooked tune. Wonder if there is any chance the boys might actually play it live?

sometimes its kind of annoying when stones songs become TOO popular. They were cool in goodfellas & casino, but somtimes it can go too far. I hope thats not the case with this movie.

Director Martin Scorsese is working on a documentary on the Rolling Stones, and will film their upcoming New York City theater shows for the project. It is unknown whether this is a project about the band's entire career or just the current tour, but the Washington Post reported that Scorsese's film crew will be on hand on October 29th and 31st, when the Stones play New York's Beacon Theatre.

It is rumored that one of the shows will be part of months-long celebration of former President Bill Clinton's 60th birthday, but there's been no confirmation of that, or when tickets will go on sale.

The legendary director has a long history in working on rock films. He was one of the primary cameramen on Woodstock, and shot most of the classic Woodstock footage of the Who, among others.

Scorsese went on to direct the Band's The Last Waltz and the recent Bob Dylan documentary No Direction Home.

Although the Stones have produced about a dozen concert films, they've only had one major career retrospective, 1989's 25x5.

The Rolling Stones will perform on Wednesday, October 4th, in Missoula, Montana at Grizzly Stadium.

Let It Loose is one of the tie-together songs on Exile to me. It doesn't have any other point than that for me. Good song though.
