Looks a bit like Gar fish. We have that down here around New Orleans. I don't know anyone that has the balls to eat that stuff, though!

And speaking of balls, anyone ever ate mountain oysters?

Don't have a picture ready, but they are fried calf or bull testicles. Sometimes known as Rocky Mountain Oysters. I suppose they might be serving them at the Boise, Idaho show.

That reminds me of something else we have down here in the bayous: crawfish. They are like miniature lobsters. You pinch the tail and pull the meat out to eat them. Hardcore crawfish lovers also like to suck the juices out of the heads. Gives a whole new meaning to "pinch the tail and suck the head."

whats wrong with that?

in the 90's we had a small place around the block that made "Hammelkopfsuppe" - and it was great after a long weekend^^.
the place was closed down, I think they where quite political - Ali&quaeda.
never the less, this allways reminds me.

If you had a good Döner in Neukölln, I can asure you, You had one of best you'll ever get!
Those turkish imigrants re-imported the Berlin style Döner to Turkey.

I was listing "fast food" franchise type places. Of course being that I am half Italian I would be more likely to get pizza from a place named Angelo's or Vinny's than from Pizza Hut or Domino's.

And let's not start a New York vs. Chicago pizza thing. Everyone knows New York style pizza is the best lol.

But we also have Pizzeria Uno here in NJ and it is pretty damm good Chicago style pizza.

Think we already have had a junk food thread some good time ago.
This was and is the fast food thread.
Why not a pizza thread... Who starts it?

A pizza thread will probably start more arguments than the setlist threads lol. You would have the N.Y. pizza diehards on one side and the Chicago pizza diehards on the other. Not to mention all the people from Cali who like pineapple over pepperoni.

We call it smörgås, which is the base
Norweigans call it smörrebröd or (in Tröndelag) "ei brösjiv"
Danes say smörrebröd too.

A Sandwhich; a toast ought to be more a toasted sandwich.

Well I'm goinna get me some grahams porridge now, as we say.
Fresh müsli brötchen w/chicken liver pâté and satsumas plus coffe, yummy!
But, on the other hand, thats no eat out.
