Donnow much about purchase or collecting,
but I spent hundreds of hours to find best songs
and best sound before recent American leg
(as a 50th B-day present for my relatively young uncle - I'm 42)
& ended up with mainly Japanese material.
Agree that Houston is good though, as is Glasgow.
Havent heard Atlanta entirely (see that, Elmo? winking smiley?).
I love RJ from Super Bowl, Con Me.. = As Tears Go By from Milano.

Haven't heard many of the later shows except Glasgow which is very good. From the first part of the tour the Columbus show was regarded for a good while as the creme. First time of "Sway". All the shows are availbel on RO's Bit Torren tracker.
For an "official" boot the Columbus show is availble from Sister Morphine in very good quality.

Sister Morphines version is exactly the same as my original rough mix. I have yet to spend time to properly mix it down. I recomend downloading it over purchasing the Sister Morphine version, as all your paying for is shipping the case n artwork.

The Saitima soundboard and the Argentina soundboard are both worth seeking out. Rio was a fun concert too but not as dead on as the other two.

where can we get those boots?

Try over at Trade, just a click away its just a click away.
Every now & then people post the songs & we dl & brun it
plus fix the cover art: bootleggin today is a homework
to each man & woman.
Agree with Theif w Argentina & Saitama.
Rio is of course also very very good.

I would like to add both Frisco shows 05, great quality with a heavy loudness which often is not the case with boots..

Baboon, I only have a DVD from MSG 2005, but I try to post some parts of Berlin (excellent show!). But may be it would be easier to publish the torrent-link?
I'll search for it again.

Houston is the best show I've heard from the entire tour.

IMO the post coconut shows are the best. Way better than the 1st leg US shows, mainly thanks to Ronnie Wood's greatly improved contribution (absolutely stellar playing in 2 of the 3 shows I've seen!).

Zurich, Milano, Glasgow boots are all very well done.

The japanese soundboards have the vocals slightly too high, but are great.

The current US shows are all very good.

Have you heard Pig Nose Records version of Saint Paul?(It's their original release, they taped it supposedly.)It sounds more balanced to me than Houston does.I haven't listened to Houston in a while but,I remember being disappointed when I received a copy of it.I think the vocals were clear but, everything else was buried in the background - thin sounding but,it includes a great Dead Flowers.

please don't say frisco.

Glasgow is still the standard bearer for the tour. But, the recent soundboard of 3/22/06 Tokyo is a close second....

Isn't that Atlanta show the one with some loud guy on it who wouldn't shut the hell up and he tainted what would have been some Grade A work by the fine young man that recorded the show?

There were no additional cameras in Munich; zdf was sponsor of the whole German Tour, and as zdf published, there is no TV-show planned. It would be too great!

Ciao Carlo,

how do you know about that? Only Giants Stadium has surfaced yet - or do you have more???

Btw, what happened to the after show meeting in Milano? Iris and I have been waiting at the Pub, but it was closed and nobody showed up....

;-)

Truth is stranger than fiction

g the cock you must be aware that Milano is in Italy and in Italy things sometimes are a bit confusing in a way that often things dont turn out like they were planned at the start! I surely must know because I am italian!!! its sometime chaotic country to a degree but on the other hand livestyle is pleasant and very good
