Why no official announcement about Chicago?

Being as we all know Elvis Costello is opening for the Stones in Chicago but why no official announcement yet? I'm hoping that maybe they're trying to get another opening act as well. Maybe Buddy Guy. That's what I'm hoping at least. What do you guys thing is the reason for the lack of an announcement yet?

If you check on Pollstar, you'll see that Buddy Guy is playing in Charlotte the night of the Stones Chicago show.

I mean why haven't the Stones announced anything. I know it's official that he is opening but we've known this for about a week and the Stones have yet to say anything. That sucks about Buddy Guy. Oh well. Anway, why haven't the Stones said anything yet?

I had the pleasure of seeing Elvis Costello and Buddy Guy at separate concerts this Summer. Both were great. Buddy was, well, Buddy. Elvis was playing mostly his new record: River in Reverse, along with most of his original band, plus Allen Toussaint. They were amazing. One of the best shows I have ever seen. Then again, I saw them in a 1500 seat venue. Not sure how that will translate to a 70,000 seat stadium, filled with only 35,000 people, and echoeing sound.

But I am tempted to catch a cheap flight to Chicago to find out.
