London is always going to be one of the obvsious highlights and even more so considering that they've played Twickenham and thats near enough they're original stomping ground as a band.

Hey Rooster - I think we're all back except for RM. I am swamped at work though, so you'll have to wait a little for my stories. It was a lot of fun though, that's for sure.

There were 2 european "stops" : Germany and UK. From what I've read the first was honest in terms of music excitment and quite laborious in terms of audience.
UK : been in London and Sheffield. Top with regards to both items. Lesson # 1 : never miss The Stones in UK.

I was so surprised about the 4 shows I been to, I think Sheffield was the highlight, what a show!
Stupid to read about Keith's smoking in Glasgow, Keith can do what he wants...even I smoked at the Glasgow gig. I can't wait for the Sheffield gig to be spread on the net...or the 3 other shows for that matter...I'm not updated on what's out there.
I think I'll be going to UK next year if there's a tour, they're on fire there, Cheers Rooster!

UK was the highlight in Europe for me as well. Sheffield was great, but for me the Glasgow Crowd was phenomenal as well as Sheffield.
Still for UK the Stones could do something different with one song more.
Anyway you can't please all....

Yeah, I still can't stop thinking about how much fun the Glasgow crowd was.

At Twick 1, I had pretty good scalped seats in the first loge area closest to the stage. 98% of that area was sitting the whole time! UNBELIEVABLE!

Twick 2, I was at the front, so that's always more exciting

Glasgow, I was near the B stage, and people were just on their seats the whole freaking time!

Sheffield - the rain made the show, it really made Mick come to life. He was dancing ike a 20 year old. I wanted to boink him.

To me it was Milano: crowd, opening concert and "con le mie lacrime". The crowd in London was so lame (because of the seats of course)

Yep, it was but for me, Twickers #2, Amsterdam. Twickers #1 and Cardiff in that order, so far.

Twix, Sheff, Scotland! Don't Cardiff deserve a mention?

Yeah, Cardiff Mick worked really hard to get the bums off the seats but maybe I was spoiled by the 2 Twickers shows, especially #2. Got some great photos from the "B" stage having run from A2 despite some despotic security guys telling us to get away from the front......as if.
We all enjoy the shows in different ways, for all sorts of reasons. That's what it's all about, isn't it ?
Rock on Bergen, can't wait.
Chris
