Sound in Paris to me was the best but

Was expecting them to explode on the stage with JJF belting out, instead it was a curious mix sort of muffled.

In all 3 shows seemed the sound was turned down for the 1st 2 songs.

Have they been doing that at all the shows ??.

the sound or the volume? Keep in mind that you get accustemed while the high volume level is going on during the show. I can't confirm that.

I was at the b-stahe in Stuttgart. From early beggining it was loud. In Amsterdam the volume was OK - the sound was muffled a bit at the beggining, but they worked it out quite quickly, it was good for IORR. I was in FOS, Ronnie's side at catwalk in A'dam - sound was exelent for Keith's set and b-stage. And the rest was from good+ to very good. 3 years ago I was at the same place in Amsterdam and the sound was the cleariest I've ever had (to my surprise as it was ArenA)

It sounded low for the 1st 2 songs in Paris and definately not clear we were in the stand 2nd block Ronnies side.
After the 1st 2 songs it was suddenly Clear and seemed much louder.
We presumed they had a mixing problem.

Amsterdam we were FOS Keiths side this time on the rail by the catwalk.
Put it down to the Arena acoustics but there seemed a definate improvement after the 2nd song.

Stuttgart FOS Keiths side again this time amongst the crowd about 8 people in between us and catwalk & roughly 12 people between us and front rail..

JJF definately sounded toned down somehow in all 3 shows.

I have not been able to go to any other concerts this tour so just trying to figure out if all like this.

My partner was with me and he thought the same.

Have they changed the sound guys this tour as also a lot of base going on.
