anyone know why Keith seems to have switched his set around? I always prefer the ballad first followed by the rocker.

I guess i'll have to wait and see how ot works in September

isn't it "reversed" only when he's doing Slipping Away?
and the way he's doing Slipping Away ... you have to be led up to that. it is *intense*, baby.

He reversed it with Infamy and The Worst at the beginning of the tour too, I believe.

At the SW/UJ tour he mostly did two rockers, and the Voodoo Lounge combination tended to start with the faster followed by the slower too. (e.g. BTMMR-The Worst).

But alas it's a pity the order is the only interesting thing about the set. Good for me I love BTMMR, because I had it at all concerts up to now. The fact that he did Slipping at the two concerts preceding Cologne had my hopes high it was time for TPIE in Cologne again. But, no such luck, even though I screamed for it.

Coming Down Again,Connection,Little T an A,and This Place is Empty......should be the songs in Keiths rotation.Retire Happy and Before They Make Me Run,great songs but everyone has heard them live before.Just a observation....

I haven't seen him do Happy or Before They Make Me Run, and I'd like to see him do one of them in Chicago this fall

I love both songs also but I guess I need a break live...put them in every once in a while with the 4 I mentioned...

Indeed Hartford, Aug. 26 2005 seems to be the only one. For some reason it made an impression on me apparently.

You Got The Silver is one he doesn't do enough, and the No Security versions were brilliant.

I'd like to see Wanna Hold You again. It isn't too difficult I think. Only those lyrics he produced back in 97 etc.:

First verse:

You may think it's funny
That I got no money...
But if you stick with me
I gonna get you some, love for free

Second verse:

And if you think it's funbbbmbmlnml
eh
What you gotta do!
If you have no choice,
I'll be your lover, be your voice.

Of course, he started all the other verses with "If you think it's funny" too.

He's been doing two songs at more than 99% of the shows '89 and onwards.

I prefer the fast song first. That way, they avoid the drop in momentum.I would prefer different songs however.
