We have listened to the feedback from our overseas customers and they have clearly indicated that they would like Ticketmaster to post out their tickets. Since the event is still more than 4 weeks away, we have decided to send by Air Mail. Overseas customers are advised to contact Ticketmaster UK by clicking the help link below if they have not received their tickets 10 days before the event and replacement tickets will be put on collection at the venue.

By the way I already received some of the tickets last week though they predicted on the phone and e-mail that they have to be collected.

Let's hope it's good news for lots of folks and that a lot of inconvenience can now be avoided ;^)

WELL DONE all of you who gave them shit, because you got a RESULT. Congratulations.

I called Ticketmaster two weeks ago and asked about the tickets. They told me that they are not able to send them to Germany before the show and I should pick them up on the day of the show at the box office in Twickenham. I complained that I have paid for overseas shipment when I ordered them. They said that they will check it.

Last week the (souvenir) tickets arrived!!!!!!!

Strange, but I finally got the tickets and that's the main thing. Rock on!

Received too....... sometimes (and just sometimes) you get what you need... (smiles)

Let's hope they follw through on this.

I'm still wating on 4 of the 5 UK shows to arrive here(US).

Good luck! And if there are problems, write a letter to Michael Cohl. My solicitor did, and I like to think Ticketmaster UK got a little shakey...

I got them today (22nd Twicks) here in Finland - well, not literally yet, but I got a note from the post office that I can pick them now. What a relief!

But, even though I feel happy now, too much crap happened to ever forgive the TicketbastardsUK.
